Ingredients:
1 tbsp unsalted butter
150g plain panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp garlic powder
sea salt and fresh cracked black pepper, to taste
Method:
Melt the butter in a large frying over medium heat.
Add the breadcrumbs and garlic powder then season to taste with sea salt and freshly-ground black pepper. Stir to combine.
Toast, stirring frequently, for 2-4 minutes or until the breadcrumbs are golden brown. Once they start toasting, the breadcrumbs will cook quickly so keep an eye on the process. As soon as they're done to your liking take the pan off the heat and turn the breadcrumbs out onto a plate to cool and prevent any further ccoking.
