Sweeten Biscuit

Ingredients:

500g Plain flour
5 tsp Baking powder
220g sugar
120ml Rice bran cooking oil
250ml cream
360ml milk
Raisins or sultanas (Optional)

Method:

Combine all ingredients together in a bowl adding milk last.

Line a baking tray with baking paper then spoon on the batter, shaping into 12 sweeten biscuits.

Transfer to the centre of an oven pre-heated to 180C and bake for about 20-25 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

Transfer to a wire rack to cool before serving.
