Soft-centred Chocolate Pudding: An Australian recipe for a self-saucing chocolate pudding made with dark chocolate, eggs, sugar, flour and butter that's served with vanilla ice cream.
Combine the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie (double boiler) over barley-simmering water and stir until completely melted and combined.
Whisk the whole eggs, egg yolks and sugar together until pale and thick. Stir in the melted chocolate then sift over the flour and stir to combine.
Divide the resultant batter between the dariole moulds then sit on a baking tray. Transfer to an oven pre-heated to 180°C and bake for about 8 minutes, or until the outside of the puddings are set.
