Iced Milo is a traditional Singaporean recipe for a classic drink made from milo and served with Milo ice cubes. The full recipe is presented here and I hope you enjoy this classic Singaporean version of: Iced Milo.

Ingredients:
For the Milo Ice Cubes:
4 tbsp milo powder
boiling water
For the Iced Milo:
360ml Whole Milk
45ml Condensed Milk
45g Milo + More For Dusting
pinch of sea salt
Method:
For the basic milo, place the milo powder in a mug. Bring you water to a boil then stir 3-4 tbsp into the milo powder until you have a thick paste. Now make up the mug by topping up with boiling water.
Allow to cool, pour into an ice cube tray and freeze over night.
The following day, combine the milk and condensed milk in a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk to combine thoroughly.
Now whisk in the milo, 1/3 portion at a time, until homogenous.
Transfer to a milk frother. Add the salt and froth until smooth and frothy.
Unmould the Milo ice cubes and transfer them to a serving glass.
Pour the frothed Milo over the ice cubes, including the foam.
