Ingredients:
100g unsalted butter, softened
4 tbsp fresh flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
Method:
Cream the butter in a small bowl, add the fresh, chopped, parsley and salt and pepper to taste. Mix thoroughly to combine then chill until firm enough to mould.
Shape into a brick and return to refrigerator until needed.
