Ingredients:
3 tbsp ground turmeric
2 tbsp ground coriander seeds
2 tbsp ground ginger
2 tbsp rice flour (or ground rice)
1 tsp fine sea salt
1 tsp freshly-ground black pepper
1/2 - 1 tsp cayenne pepper (or scotch bonnet powder for more of a kick)
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground fenugreek seeds
1 tsp ground mustard seeds (or scant tsp hot mustard powder)
1/2 tsp ground cloves
1/2 tsp ground fennel seeds
Method:
Simply whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl. Whisk to combine then seal in an air-tight jar.
Store in a cool, dark, place and use as needed. This will keep well for 4 months.
