Ingredients:
400g Taro corms, peeled and chopped
500g Meat, cut into bite-sized pieces
Coconut milk
Salt
Method:
Place the meat in a saucepan, add a little water then bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 40 minutes.
Put a layer of taro in the base of a saucepan, turn the meat out on top then add the remaining taro on top. Add about 200ml water then bring to a simmer, cover and cook for 15 minutes.
At this point add in the coconut milk and season with salt. Bring back to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
