Lemongrass Ginseng Tea

Ingredients:

2 tsp fresh ginseng, sliced into thin strips (or 1 tsp dried ginseng)
2 tsp fresh lemongrass, finely sliced (or 1 tsp dried lemongrass)
1 cinnamon stick
honey (or sugar), to taste

Method:

Place the ginseng in a non-reactive (glass or ceramic) pan then add 500ml water and add the lemongrass along with the cinnamon. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil over medium-high heat then reduce to a simmer and cook for about 12 minutes.

Strain through a sieve into a clean mug, sweeten to taste with honey or sugar and serve.
