Ingredients:

A small handful of pineappleweed flower heads per person
Sugar or honey to taste

Method:

Transfer the pineappleweed flower heads into a warmed teapot. Pour over boiling water and set aside to steep for 5 minutes.

Pour the resultant tea into cups or mugs. Sweeten to taste (you might not need to sweeten, depending on personal taste) and drink.
