Ingredients:
240ml plain yoghurt
2 garlic cloves
1/4 tsp sea salt
Method:
Pour the yoghurt into a sieve lined with muslin or cheesecloth and set over the sink for an hour to drain. Meanwhile crush together the garlic and salt to make a fine paste. Once the yoghurt has drained mix together with the garlic in a bowl until thoroughly combined.
A as a variant you can also add 1/2 tsp freshly-chopped mint.
