Ingredients:

200g mixed fruit (of your choice)
120ml plain yoghurt
2 tsp ginseng powder
6 ice cubes
1 tsp runny honey

Method:

Add all the ingredients to a blender. Blend thoroughly until smooth then pour into a chilled glass. Serve immediately.
