Ingredients:

1 whole chicken, cut into 8 pieces
3 large onions, chopped
3 tbsp olive oil
5 tsp Berbere spice
1 small tin tomato paste
1 tsp salt
6 medium-hard boiled eggs, peeled
1.5l chicken stock

Method:

Fry the onions in oil for 5 minutes then add the berbere sppice and chicken. Fry for 10 minutes before adding the stock, tomato paste and salt. Simmer for 20 minutes, add the eggs and simmer for another 20 minutes.

Serve with Taita.
