Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and separately dry roast the fenugreek seeds, coriander seeds, cumin seeds and sesame seeds for between 1 and 2 minutes, or until aromatic.
When done, combine all the ingredients in a spice grinder or coffee grinder and render to a fine powder. Store in an air-tight jar.
