Ingredients:

450g pitted prunes
330g dried apricots
800g pineapple chunks, drained
850 tinned peaches, sliced
200g brown sugar
12 tsp curry powder
420ml ginger ale

Method:

Grease a crockpot with butter then combine all the ingredients in the crockpot, cover and cook on low for between 4 and 5 hours.

Serve hot with cream or vanilla ice cream.
