Ingredients:
1 Tsp Oil
½ Tsp Garlic chopped
1 Onion chopped
1 red bell pepper, chopped
1 Tomato chopped
250ml Curd or thick yoghurt
Salt
½ Tsp Sugar
ground Black Pepper, to taste
2 Green Chillies, chopped
½ Cucumber, chopped
Coriander Leaves
2cm piece of ginger, peeled and Julienned
Method:
Place a wok over medium heat. Once hot, add 1 tsp Oil add use to fry the chopped Garlic until golden in colour (a couple of minutes).
Add the chopped Onion, bell pepper and Tomato then sauté it for 1 minute over low heat, then take off the flame.
In a bowl combine the Curd, Salt, Sugar and Black Pepper, beating well to combine. Add the chopped Green Chillies, Cucumber, Coriander Leaves and all the fried Vegetables.
Mix everything properly then turn into a bowl to serve.
