Ingredients:

480ml tinned cherry pie filling
420g dry baking mix
1 egg
3 tbsp evaporated milk
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
80g chopped nuts

Method:

Place the cherry pie filling in the base of a lightly-buttered 3.5l crockpot and cook on high for 30 minutes. Combine all the remaining ingredients and spoon over the top of the hot pie filling.

Cover and cook on low for between 2 and 3 hours (you can also use an oven-proof dish in a large crockpot).

Serve hot with custard.
