I am a big fan of duck breasts. Luckily last week was just after Easter and my local supermarket had some left-over duck breasts at a bargain price. I picked them up and that same evening I cooked them in my air fryer.
Ingredients:
2 duck breasts
salt and freshly-ground black pepper
Method:
Pre-heat your air fryer to 175°C (350°F).
Score the skin side of the duck breast diagonally with a knife (this helps allow the excess fat out). Sprinkle the skin and fat side with salt and pepper and place into the air fryer skin and fat side down. Season the other side with the salt and pepper.
Cook in your pre-heated air fryer for 20-25 mins. It took 22 minutes for me.
Flip the duck leg over. Increase the heat up to 200°C (400°F) and crisp the skin for 5 minutes.
