This is an accompaniment dish from Rwanda that is frequently served with pelau rice.

Ingredients:

500g steamed peas
2 tbsp coconut oil

Method:

Place a pan over medium heat and add the coconut oil, followed by the steamed peas. Stir to mix and cook for 4 minutes.
until everything is heated through.
