Place the chocolate chips in a bain-marie (double boiler) and stir until melted then take off the heat and stir-in the melted chocolate, raisins and chocolate. Set aside to cool for a few minutes then drop the mixture by the tablespoon onto waxed paper.
Allow to stand until firm then peel away the wax paper.
