Ingredients:
120g shredded suet
240g flour
120g oatmeal
90g sugar
1 tsp (heaped)
baking powder
240g mixed currants and/or sultanas and/or raisins
1 tsp ground
cinnamon
1 tsp mixed spice (pumpkin pie spice)
1 tsp golden syrup (light corn syrup)
2 eggs, beaten
3/4 tbsp buttermilk
