Ingredients:
600g plain chocolate, chopped
Method:
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie (double boiler) then turn off the heat and allow to stand until the water is cool (about 10 minutes). Pour the melted chocolate into a piping bag fitted with a 5mm nozzle. Squeeze the chocolate onto waxed paper in the shape of spiders (if the chocolate comes out runny it needs to cool some more).
Allow to cool then place in the refrigerator for 10 minutes before peeling-off the wax paper. Store in the refrigerator until needed.
