540g devil's food cake mix
2 eggs
80ml vegetable oil
300g peanut butter chips
1 tsp ginseng powder

Combine the devil's food cake mix, eggs, oil and ginseng powder in a bowl. Mix together to a stiff batter then stir in the peanut butter chips. Turn out onto a work surface and pinch off small pieces of the dough. Roll into 2.5cm balls then place on lightly-greased baking sheets and flatten slightly.

Transfer to an oven pre-heated to 170°C and bake for about 10 minutes, or until cooked through and golden. Allow to cool for 1 minute on the tray then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely before storing or serving.
