Ingredients:

8 tbsp paprika
3 tbsp cayenne pepper
5 tbsp ground black pepper
6 tbsp garlic powder
3 tbsp onion powder
6 tbsp salt
2½ tbsp dried oregano
2½ tsp dried thyme

Method:

Combine all the ingredients together in a mixing bowl and blend well. Store in an air-tight container — the mixture will keep for up to 3 months.
