Method:

Cream together the butter and icing sugar until light and fluffy then fold in the milk and orange zest. Typically this is used to decorate sponge cakes, fairy cakes and biscuits (cookies) but it can be used for fruit cakes if you add the finely-grated zest of 1 lime along with the orange zest.
