Blueberry Smoothie: Classic American recipe for a smoothie made from a blend of blueberries, blueberry preserves, ice cubes and soya milk shown with fresh fruit.

Ingredients:

250g frozen blueberries
2 tbsp blueberry preserves
8 ice cubes
360ml soy milk
1 banana

Method:

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process until smooth (the ice cubes should be broken up and incorporated into the smoothie). Pour into a chilled glass and serve.
