Black Cherry Smoothie: Classic American recipe for a smoothie made from a blend of yoghurt, honey and cherries.
Ingredients:
5 generous tbsp of plain yoghurt
80g frozen black cherries (pitted)
honey, to taste
Method:
Combine all the ingredients in a blender. Process until smooth then pour into a glass and serve.
