Method:

Break the cinnamon, mace and star anise into smaller pieces and crumble the dried Indian bay leaf. Combine in a spice grinder with all the other while spices. Pulse to chop then render the spices to a fine powder.

Transfer the spices to a jar then seal, label and store. The spice blend should stay good for up to 3 months.
