This is a classic Armenain blend of spices that, classically is used for Armenain meat pizzas, Lahmajoun.

Ingredients:

40g ground allspice
20g ground cinnamon
20g ground coriander seeds
20g ground cloves
20g ground cumin seeds
1 tbsp ground fenugreek seeds
1 tsp cayenne pepper

Method:

Simply combine the spices together, seal in a jar and store in a dark cupboard until needed.
