This is a nice side dish to present along with all that meat at the Asado. Perfect anytime.
Ingredients:
400g tinned of hearts of palm rinsed, drained and sliced into rounds
2 ripe avocados diced
150g cherry tomatoes halved
4 spring onions chopped (both white and green parts)
juice of 1 lime
7g coriander (Optional)
Salt to taste
Method:
Combine all the ingredients into a bowl and add a generous amount of salt to taste.
