This is how to finish a boneless, fully-cooked ham in your air fryer. Ideal if you want a second meat for Christmas or if you want cold cuts for summer.

Ingredients:

900-1.4kg (2-3 lbs) boneless cooked ham
3 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon orange juice or pineapple juice
1 teaspoon dry mustard
4 teaspoons ground cinnamon

Method:

Pre-heat air fryer to 170°C (325°F).

Wrap the ham in aluminium foil, making sure the overlapping foil sheets are on the top so you can open during cooking. Transfer the wrapped ham to the air fryer basket and air fry for 20 minutes.

In the meantime, mix together the honey, orange juice, cinnamon and mustard powder in a small bowl.

When the 20 minutes is up, open up the foil parcel covering the ham and brush the sweet glaze all over the ham. Close the foil package up again and air fry for another 15 minutes, until the internal temperature reaches 60°C (140°F).

Open the foil and air-fry the ham for a further 5–8 minutes or until glaze is nicely golden brown.

Remove the ham from air fryer and let it rest for 15 minutes before carving.
