225g pastai crwst brau
6 cennin
ychydig o lefrith

Dull:

Golchwch y cennin a torrwch yn ddarnau tua 15cm o hyd. Gwynnwch mewn dŵr hallt am 3 munud yna tynnwch a gadewch iddynt oeri. Rholiwch y pastai allan a torrwch yn sgwariau digon mawr i lapio'r darnau o gennin. Seliwch yn ymylon yn dda a brwsiwch ben y pastai gyda llefrith. Trosglwyddwch i hambwrdd pobi wedi ei iro a rhoddwch mewn popty wedi ei gyn-gynhesu i 200°C. Pobwch am 30 munud, nes fod y pastai un euraidd. Gweinwch gyda thatws newydd mint a moron.

Method:

Wash the leeks thoroughly then cut into pieces about 15cm long. Blanch in salted boiling water for 3 minutes then remove with a slotted spoon and set aside to cool. Roll the pastry on a lightly-floured surface then cut into squares large enough to cover the leek pieces. Fold the leeks in these and seal the edges well then brush the top of the pastry with milk.

Transfer to a greased baking tray and place in an oven pre-heated to 200 );C. Bake for about 30 minutes, or until the pastry is golden. Serve with minted new potatoes and carrots.
