Cynhwysion:

120g menyn
120g siwgwr caster
180g o flawd codi
2 ŵy
120g o ffrwythau sychion cymysg
1 llwy fwrdd o ddŵr cynnes

Dull:

Curwch y menyn a'r siwgwr ynghyd nes fod y gymysgfa wedi hufenu. Ychwanegwch y wyau gan eu cymysgu i fewn yn drwyadl cyn ychwanegu'r blawd a'r dŵr Curwch yn drwyadl cyn ychwanegu'r ffrwythau a'u ymysgu i fewn. Defnyddiwch y gymysgfa i lenwi tun torth 1kg sydd wedi ei iro'n dda. Rhoddwch y gymysgfa mewn popty wedi ei gyn-gynhesu i 180°C a chraswch am tua 45 munud neu nes fod pen y gacen yn euraidd a bod sgiwer wedi ei suddo i gannol y gacen yn dod allan yn lân. Gadewch i'r gacen oeri yn y tun am 10 munud cyn trosglwyddo i resle gwifren i oeri'n gyfan gwbwl.

English Translation


Ingredients:

120g butter
120g caster sugar
180g self-raising flour
2 eggs
120g of mixed dried fruit
1 tbsp warm water
30ml water

Method:

Beat together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs to the mixture and beat thoroughly to combine before adding the flour and water. Mix thoroughly then add the fruit and fold through the batter to distribute evenly.

Use the batter to fill a well-greased loaf pan then place in an oven pre-heated to 180°C and bake for about 45 minutes or until the top of the cake is golden and a skewer inserted into the centre of the cake emerges cleanly.

Allow the cake to cool in the tin for 10 minutes the transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
