Cynhwysion:

225g o fisgedi plaen wedi eu malu'n fân
100g o fenyn wedi toddi
1 llwy bwdin o bowdwr siocled yfed
1 llwy fwrdd o driog melyn
200g o siocled (tywyll neu lefrith)
pinsiad o halen

Dull:

Toddwch y menyn mewn sosban a thra'n troi'n gyson yna ychwanegwch y powdwr siocled, triog melyn a'r halen. Pan mae'r gymysgfa yn llufn ychwanegwch y bisgedi a chymysgwch y cyfan yn dda. Taenwch y gymysgfa mewn tun wedi ei iro gyda menyn. Yn y cyfamser toddwch y siocled yn araf a pan mae wedi toddi taenwch ar ben y gymysgfa bisgedi. Rhodwch y tun yn yr oergell am tua 2 awr nes mae popeth wedi caledu yna torrwch mewn sgwariau gyda cyllell finiog a gweinwch.

English Translation


Ingredients:

225g plain biscuits, broken into crumbs (see the biscuit and cookie recipes page for recipes)
100g butter, melted
1 dessert spoon of dark drinking chocolate
1 tbsp golden syrup
200g chocolate (plain or milk)
pinch of salt

Method:

Melt the butter in a saucepan and whilst stirring continually add the chocolate powder, the syrup and the salt. When the mixture is smooth and liquid add the biscuit crumbs and mix thoroughly. Spread the mixture in a tin greased with butter and set aside to cool.

In the meantime, gently melt the chocolate and when liquid spread over the biscuit mix. Place the mixture in the refrigerator for about 2 hours, or until completely solidified then cut into squares with a sharp knife and serve.
