Dull:
Curwch yr ŵyau mewn powlen cyn ychwanegu halen, pupur a hufen. Curwch unwaith eto cyn gosod o'r neilltu.
Golchwch y cennin yna torrwch yn stribedi julienne yna toddwch y menyn mewn padell, ychwanegwch y cennin a ffriwch am tua 3 munud.
Yn y cyfameser, torrwch a pupurau yn stribedi ac ychwanegwch y rhain at y cennin, gan goginio yn araf an tua 5 munud. Tynnwch oddi ar y gwres a gosodwch o'r neilltu.
Ffriwch y cig moch a'r cocos mewn padell ffrio yna ychwanegwch yr ŵyau a choginiwch nes fod yr wyau wedi gwneud drywodd.

English Translation
Ingredients:
6 eggs
175ml single cream
6 small leeks
1 red bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
125g bacon
175g cockles
salt and freshly-ground black pepper, to taste
1 tbsp parsley
butter, for frying
Method:
Beat the eggs in a bowl, before adding the cream and seasoning to taste. Beat the ingredients once more before setting aside.
Wash the leeks then cut into julienne strips. Melt the butter in a pan, add the leeks and fry for about 3 minutes.
In the meantime, cut the bell peppers into strips and add these to the leeks. Cook gently for 4 minutes then take off the heat and set aside.
Fry the bacon and cockles in a frying pan then add the egg mix and continue cooking until the eggs are cooked through and set.
Serve cut into wedges, accompanied by the leek and bell pepper mix.
